This role at Push supports the Account Team in their efforts to serve clients’ needs in a responsive, efficient, effective, strategic and supportive manner, as well as helps schedule and manage creative team assignments.
This is a client and internal-facing role, and requires someone who is hyper-organized, self-motivated, not afraid to ask questions, and proactively seeks out opportunities to learn and help the team in any way possible.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opens, tracks, monitors, and guides all jobs for their assigned clients through account management, creative and production
- Assists with the coordination of meetings / calls, and presentations
- Maintains project status reports for assigned clients
- Collaborates with all team departments within the agency as necessary
- Assists the Account Team to secure project and creative feedback and approvals from clients, organizing and interpreting notes as necessary, and submitting to the creative team
- Leads small projects and supports with any/all project management of
- Follows up with clients and keeps timelines in mind to ensure projects remain on-time and budget
- Assists Account Team in compiling contact reports (meeting notes), data for special projects, client requests, etc.
- Drafts initial project brief input based on client input to provide strategic direction to creative teams
- Tracks competitive industry trends for any/all relevant clients and keeps team abreast of the latest news and updates that may pertain to or inform our work
- Attends meetings with Account Team as necessary to take notes and ensure notes and next steps are captured and relayed
- Assists in the preparation and distribution of client budgets, invoicing and forecasting
- Proofreads copy and all creative work, reviewing for accuracy
- Assists with the management of interns assigned to the Account Team
- Organizes and manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and clarity between all teams both internally and with clients
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing preferred
- 1+ year(s) related advertising or marketing industry experience preferred (Account Service or Project Management)
- Self-motivated and highly organized; comfortable working remotely (part-time)
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time effectively and efficiently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with outside production a bonus
- Understanding of traditional and digital advertising, branding, positioning, brand strategy, and misc. marketing efforts a bonus
