Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements and optimizations
- Define and document business requirements for new initiatives or projects
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Support project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users on business intelligence tools and systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
