Role: Operations Lead
The Operations Lead will be responsible for onboarding new company-owned and third party managed self-storage facilities. The Ops Lead will be responsible for optimizing throughput time as deals transition from our sales team to our operations team. We are looking for someone who is willing to both execute and manage in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboardings while communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and address gaps and deficiencies in our onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities to use technology to streamline increase efficiency.
- Hire and train new team members as needed.
- Liaise with asset owners to track and increase customer satisfaction.
- Track industry trends, news and competitive landscape.
Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years operations experience, ideally in a startup environment
- Deep analytical skills with ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations
- Technical experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
- Additional Comp: Equity and up to 25% bonus
