Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns that effectively promote our clients' brands, products, and services. This role requires a deep understanding of PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising, Google Ads along with a knack for analyzing data and optimizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and SEO initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze advertising trends, make optimizations, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets and adjust bids to optimize the ROI of each campaign.
- Test and optimize ads and targeting strategies to increase conversion rates and lower the cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure that advertising strategies align with the overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as in paid advertising or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is highly preferred.
