The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing & Growth Specialist with an understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity market to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and excited about building and scaling marketing efforts from the ground up. As a key member of our team, you will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through marketing strategies, content creation, and growth initiatives targeted at enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Execute a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, generates leads, and fosters customer loyalty.
- Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities using creative, scalable, and cost-effective tactics. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive user acquisition.
- Cybersecurity: Utilize your knowledge of cybersecurity to create compelling messaging that addresses the unique challenges and needs of our C-level audience.
- Content: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media posts, to educate and engage our audience. Implement content marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement targeted ABM strategies to engage key accounts. Develop personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with specific enterprise audiences and drive high-value conversions.
- Events Management: Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Ensure events align with marketing objectives and drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Use analytics to measure and enhance performance.
About You:
- Proven experience in marketing, growth, and cybersecurity, preferably within a startup and B2B enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in content marketing, ABM, and event management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
