Duties:General Summary:
Remote Position - candidates required to be in central or eastern time zone
- Provide administrative support and project management support for the Compliance program.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Compliance department staff with the facilitation of Compliance led committees and meetings. (e. g. Corporate Compliance Committee, Compliance Lead meetings, and Compliance Department meetings.
- Coordinate the development of Compliance material for multiple Boards including the HFHS and HAP Board and its Audit and Compliance subcommittee as well as HAP Empowered, ASR and HAP Preferred Board.
- Maintain and communicate key compliance metrics and dashboards within the department and to key stakeholders
- Assist with review cycle of Compliance policies and procedures to ensure policies meet regulatory managed care requirements including NCQA standards.
- Assist with maintaining the policy log.
- Develop and publish quarterly compliance newsletters for all HAP staff.
- Maintain the Compliance department’s oneHAP website and other Compliance and Regulatory resources including policies & procedures, library materials, etc.
- Coordinate and lead Compliance Week activities for the company on an annual basis.
- Maintain HFHS University Compliance courses including the design, development or modification of instructional material for mandatory and specialty training courses, which includes working with Subject Matter Experts to identify what students need to learn.
- Structure content and activities for other learning activities, including that related to new regulations, new policies and procedures, governance, and student learning
- Conduct focus groups for e-learning and revise and rewrite content to shape it for learning needs
- Create media to support learning (e.g., visual aids for face-to-face, various multimedia for e-learning and online)
- Develop assessments (including tests and/or surveys)
- Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (for example, adapting materials from face-to-face to e-learning)
- Plan and manage training e-learning inclusive of Medicare specialized training tracking and documentation
- Develop expertise to support data bases of key compliance information and reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Advanced knowledge with Health Stream e-learning program
- Some knowledge of Captivate and Snag-it is beneficial

Education:Education Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent of 3 years relevant compliance experience.
Experience Required
- One (1) year administrative and project coordination experience in a health insurance or professional business environment,
- One (1) year of experience in health insurance managed care environment is preferred.
