Kevin Howard Attorney At Law is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our accounting department. Enter daily receipts and create invoices from receipts. Previous accounting experience required with knowledge including Quickbooks online, handling Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, and Excel. Able to handle data entry, reconciliation, and invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Create Invoices with data to efficiently bill customers
Verify accuracy of data entered.
Maintain records of data entered and updated.
Organize and store paper documents and electronic files.
Ensure data is entered in a timely manner.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Type 40wpm +
Accuracy typing
Claims experience preferred / long term experience elsewhere will be considered
Computer experience with related estimates and business software preferred but not required
