About The Role
Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Lead to help us grow and scale the operations of our Lyra Care Therapy (LCT) program. You will work in close partnership with stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Analytics to identify, launch, and scale new initiatives to improve provider productivity.
This role will be a great fit if you are energized by building, scaling, and optimizing systems and processes and making a tangible impact on a growing program. You should be an action-oriented project manager who is highly organized, isn’t afraid to dive into the details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify key opportunities and areas of investment to improve provider productivity and then successfully build a roadmap to get there in collaboration with our broader Provider Performance team
- Scope, manage and own the end to end execution of key operational initiatives linked to provider productivity such as developing new metrics to track provider performance, improving existing processes to better scale with us, and evolving existing cross-functional meeting spaces to more effectively collaborate
- Partner closely with key cross-functional partners (e.g., clinical, product/design, data science, analytics, HR/Legal) to execute on key components of the operational roadmap
- Closely monitor key program metrics related to provider productivity, identifying and proactively addressing operational risks and opportunities
- Develop, organize and improve clinician-facing performance guidance and policies
- Translate performance data and program metrics into recommended actions and clinician-facing communications
- Support day-to-day operations of managing provider performance, including key reporting efforts, performance-based compensation processes, and ongoing productivity interventions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience, with a background in strategy and operations; experience working directly with clinicians/clinical leadership is preferred
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results with cross-functional partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who excels in driving clarity amidst ambiguity; ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Exceptional written and communication skills; adept at adjusting tone/framing based on audience and able to lead internal meetings effectively, setting the agenda and path forward
- Strategic thinker who can connect the ‘what’ with the ‘why’ and ensure the our work we do is impactful
- Facility analyzing and interpreting performance data; ability to tell a data-driven story to highlight key insights
- Passion for improving mental health and changing the healthcare landscape

Pay and Benefits The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Operations Lead, Performance Operations position is $95,000-$146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra.
