Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with foundational marketing experience looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing, and collaborate with business development and other team members, to execute marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our company's services to B2B audiences across various channels, enhance our brand presence, and generate/increase leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Director in developing marketing plans and budgets to support business objectives and growth; support the launch of new services and business lines.
- Coordinate timeline and implementation of various initiatives across multiple businesses including SEO/SEM, search and social paid advertising, content creation, social media, email campaigns, websites, conferences, events, among others; assist in developing strategic partnerships / co-marketing programs and relationships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, sponsorships, and webinars, to enhance brand visibility and generate/convert leads.
