Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on the beauty and personal care products sector. As a Junior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior team members in executing financial transactions, conducting market research, and preparing client presentations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with industry experts, gaining valuable insights into mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and strategic advisory within the beauty and personal care space.
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis to support transaction execution.
- Conduct industry and company-specific research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and other client presentations.
- Collaborate with senior team members in client meetings and due diligence processes.
- Monitor and analyze market data, industry news, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling (Excel skills required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the beauty and personal care industry and a desire to build a career in investment banking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal or other financial data sources.
