This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will also be providing support to the Sales teams by attending site visits, performing audits and helping to complete sales quotes and proposals
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in client / contractor meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Attend site visits and perform audits of projects that need to be quoted.
- Performa analysis of hydro bills, electrical capacity studies and electrical infrastructure assessments.
- Providing administrative support to Managing Directors as needed.
- Create quotes and proposal documents to be sent to prospective clients.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Make entries into QuickBooks for both estimates and purchase orders and cost allocated to projects.
- Lend support to feel teams on an as needed basis.
- Organize and maintain company folders.
- Place orders and arrange product deliveries and pick-ups with vendors
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Procore is an asset
