Turning Points Educational Solutions is hiring an office admin to replace our current office manager who is moving into another role at Turning Points. Turning Points is a private educational specialty clinic in downtown Willow Glen providing a variety of services, including; assessment, advocacy, executive functioning coaching, college advising, and educational therapy/specialized instruction. We are a growing practice looking for a capable, flexible, team player with good judgment who can think on their feet, take initiative, and work independently and efficiently. The office manager will be responsible for intake calls/paperwork, scheduling, billing, record management, ordering, creation of promotional materials and office documents, data entry, website and blog updates, assistance with assessment scoring, and other duties to help support our busy offices.
Applicants must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least two years’ experience working in an office setting. The person should be a reliable, self-starter with exceptional organizational and customer service skills. The ideal applicant will also have the ability to research, navigate and implement new technology and direct experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat DC and WordPress. Prior experience managing educational and/or therapeutic settings is a plus.

Compensation: The position offers competitive pay on an hourly basis. Current benefits package includes sick time for all employees; 401k for those that meet criteria; and health/dental/vision insurance as well as holiday and vacation time for full-time employees.
Schedule: Candidates looking for both part-time and full-time work are encouraged to apply. Availability is needed Monday through Friday between 7am-6pm, and the is an in-person position.
