Our goal is to streamline and simplify the legal processes for businesses, ultimately saving them time and resources.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as the Head of Operations at Traact. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing, managing and scaling client-facing functions. This will include:
- Client onboarding and proactive management
- Client information, engagement and issues management
- Client tracking and expansion (together with the sales team)
- Operations team management
- Building and scaling Ops systems and structures as we grow
Key Qualifications
- Strong background in client management, with experience in operational workflow management, and resource allocation.
- Analytical skills to identify key performance indicators, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record in team management, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Startup experience and experience in the legal tech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
