Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Clear Label in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
