We are looking for an experienced and eager-to-learn-more Marketing Coordinator to join our team of creative marketing pros. The Marketing Coordinator will provide direct support to the agency, aiding in marketing activities covering our clients and agency marketing initiatives. Most importantly, the person who fills this position will love creating and executing content as well as monitoring results, and feeling ownership over all the channels.
This position will fulfill the department’s goals and objectives to further the marketing efforts and strategy for our roster of business clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, manage, and execute social media content, reporting, and client communications that pertain to social media, followed by additional digital marketing responsibilities. In this role, you will be expected to understand how to prioritize, juggle multiple accounts, plan ahead, have accountability, as well as self-manage and regularly communicate daily activities.
Essential Functions:
· Support the agency in all client digital marketing and communication activities
· Maintain social media platforms and study analytic trends
· Provide detailed reporting for Google Analytics (monthly); and social media accounts (monthly)
· Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns with a focus on key client messaging, timely industry news, and SEO considerations to increase organic rankings and exposure
· Research new ways to reach target audiences
· Provide monthly social media content plans and calendars
· Communicate regularly on progress and status of projects, campaigns, etc.
· Provide on-site social media support at client events as needed
· Other tasks as assigned

· Exceptional proficiency with Social Media Platforms; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, Canva, Later and other social media planning and creation tools
Required Education and Experience:
· Degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
· Basic knowledge of digital media operations, including website and email campaign platforms
· Experience managing multiple professional social media accounts with links to show work
