Title: Program Manager - Insights Team
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $30-$50/hr

As a program manager for the Insights Team, you will manage data projects for the Source to Pay team, driving the data journey and providing key insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. The team manages all reporting and analytics across the organization and educates users on data and analytics. Key projects include building AI to classify spend, tracking cost savings tools, and providing predictive analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, integrating data across multiple platforms.
- Document requirements with stakeholders and business partners.
- Manage project and task intake, prioritization, and roadmaps.
- Conduct sprint planning and workload management.
- Communicate with key stakeholders.
- Use data and analytics to drive team value.
- Contribute to global continuous improvement programs for S2P reporting, including governance, systems, and data management.

- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytical tools and systems.

Education/Experience:
- BA/BS in a relevant field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Agile Sprint Methodology experience, Project management, Stakeholder management
Typical Day in the Role:
Reviewing tasks from centralized intake, reaching out to requesters for additional information, helping prioritize tasks with the team, participating in sprint standups and planning every three weeks, conducting sprint retrospectives.
