Role Overview
The Fulfillment Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring orders and returns are processed and shipped in accordance with SLA and/or our customer’s requirements. This position will be the main liaision with our 3PLs handling priorities, issues, protocols, and special projects. This position will also handle all fulfillment reporting which comes with exposure to the STAUD leadership team. The duties listed portray in general terms the type and level of work performed and are not intended to be all inclusive, nor the duties of any one incumbent.
Essential Duties
Wholesale
· Manage the flow of Wholesale orders once released to the warehouse
· Ensure orders are processed with correct priority, and within SLA
· Maintain visibility of VAS queue, and ensure orders are flowing in a timely manner
· Review with the routing team to ensure orders ship as quickly as possible once they are packed out
· Mitigate ERP and WMS integration issues
· Update and manage our internal reporting on Order Status
· Explore opportunities to improve processing/shipping times by streamlining communication through existing
Integration points
· Manage Wholesale Return process from entry to receipt at DC to credit
· Process Invoice batches in ERP, and ensure shipped data aligns with DC
· Learn Wholesale Operations processes, and assist as needed
3PL Operations
· Assist with Inbound Receiving process
· Review Appointment requests and make sure all necessary information is included
· Ensure all POs and style information have been transmitted
· Communicate any priority receipts
· Communicate on any special projects, and ensures teams execute as expected
· Communicate with our T Mall Partners on day-to-day operations, and support as needed
· Mange the transmission of T Mall transactions between our 3PL and ERP system, and mitigate any errors or disruptions
· Other Duties as assigned
DTC
· Manage Ecomm orders from release to 3PL to shipment
· Manage and report 3PL’s SLA’s (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
· Assist with Ecomm order backlog issues
· Mitigate ERP and WMS integration issues
· Review and intervene on Return Processing SLAs, issues, and backlogs
· Act as primary communication to 3PL in all things related to Ecomm and Retail order processing
· Manage inventory of packaging supplies including D2C Stickers/inserts/tissue paper and replacement shoe boxes – facilitate the reorder of supplies as needed
· Manage inventory transfer requests with our 3PL including creation, communication, and any ERP processing.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education
· 3+ years in an Operations focused position
· Experience working with 3PLs
· Strong technical skills
· Highly efficient in ERP/WMS systems
· Knowledge of Full Circle is a plus
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel
