Role: Marketing Coordinator

Swain Destinations are looking to hire an experienced marketing coordinator to assist in delivery of the demand generation plan through a number of marketing channels including but not limited to field marketing events (Conferences, Trade Shows, Private events), sales collateral, website content, email marketing, and more.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Creating and coordinating marketing campaign boards in Trello, to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements across our destinations and consortia.
- Maintain the Swain Destinations image library, obtaining new images and video along with their licenses from partners when available, storing images and video in the appropriate folders on the shared internal network.
- Creating content for our publications and digital communications, including brochures, sales collateral, website, digital newsletters, social and web marketing campaigns using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Mapp Digital.
- Generating ideas for original content such as interviews, destination features, news, as well as contributing to design concepts.
- Work collaboratively with our Client Success Manager to define consortia-specific marketing plans that support the Key Account sales strategy.
- Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.
- Strategize, build and collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute integrated field campaigns that involve email, social, direct and web marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to build landing pages (for campaigns, events, webinars, product spotlights, etc.), and create automated and personalized behavioral emails.
- Support various other marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in travel or related industry
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
- Experience partnering with a sales team
- Strong written and oral communication
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
- Creative, innovative, and thinks outside the box
- Metric driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data
