We're on the lookout for a passionate and friendly Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join our growing brand. Your role will be making sure our customers get awesome support and help. You'll handle customer inquiries through Gorgias, sort out any order issues, and tackle a variety of admin tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
By hopping on board, you'll be a key player in making sure our customers have a smooth and positive experience, directly boosting our company's success. If you're all about customer service and have solid experience with Gorgias and Shopify, we'd love to chat with you!

Our founder, Fiona, started NAYDAYA after she felt let down by the skincare on offer when she became a mum. She didnât recognise her body, and felt battered and bruised as she navigated postpartum life. The brands she loved werenât speaking about these issues, and the products she enjoyed using didnât work for her anymore. Instead, she was pointed towards dusty old ointments at the pharmacy. The limited products available were riddled with chemicals and irritants, even when they were marketed as ânaturalâ.Â
So in 2019, Fiona founded NAYDAYA; a range of natural, targeted body care to ensure that all women have access to high quality formulas at every stage of life. What started with mixing natural elixirs together in her kitchen has turned into a global brand that champions womenâs bodies with purposeful body care as they ride the hormonal waves of womanhood.
NAYDAYA has had an amazing start. Our products regularly sell-out and win awards for their incredible results. Weâre stocked at CultBeauty, Selfridges & MECCA. Weâre really proud of how far weâve come - but weâve got even bigger ambitions.
đŻ What youâll do
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries and issues through Gorgias, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Order Management: Assist customers with their orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns, refunds or exchanges via Shopify.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, product issues, and other service-related inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, and the warehouse, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and prepare regular reports on customer service activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and inventory management to support the operations team. This will include posting invoices on XERO, and raising Purchase Orders for supplier orders.
- Warehouse management: Liaise with our Warehouses to prepare orders and work on our warehouse portal to accept orders, add in packing lists, shipping notifications and update delivery statuses.
- Retail order management: Manage trade orders that come from our retailers, and ensure the orders reach our retail partners and resolve any issues & disputes
- Stock reporting: Work with our demand planner to ensure that all orders have been placed with suppliers in time. Youâll also track live stock reports in our warehouses.

Absolute must-haves
- Gorgias: Proficiency in using Gorgias for customer service management is essential.
- Shopify: Familiarity with Shopify for handling orders, customer accounts, and other related tasks is also preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help and support our customers.

đ The important details
- This is a full-time position, 9am-5pm every day, 5 days a week.Â
- Salary ÂŁ25,000-ÂŁ27,000 per annum depending on experience
- This position can be done fully remotely, but if you like, youâre welcome to come to our office (Soho, London) anytime.Â
- Youâll need to be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor for this role.Â
