Deal Desk Analyst

As our Deal Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire contracting lifecycle from initial quote generation through invoicing the customer. You will work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to gather the information necessary to generate initial proposals and pricing, revise pricing based on change of scope, manage contract execution via DocuSign, and invoice customers on a monthly basis. After the contracts are executed, you will be responsible for ensuring the documents are saved in adherence with our ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate will have analytical and quantitative skills as well as high attention to detail. This person should have the ambition of building a Deal Desk team at XiltriX and eventually managing direct reports as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
· Gather information from the sales team to generate pricing proposals
· Work with the operations team to revise & red line final pricing based on changes in scope
· Ensure final contracts meet the requirements outlined in our internal Quality Management System before sending for execution
· Review and prepare invoices to ensure they are accurate and complete
· Maintain record of open/outstanding customer payments
· Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts
· Respond to customer invoicing inquiries or prepare account statements for customers and/or sales team
· Follow up on all outstanding contracts and invoices until fully resolved and relevant documentation is filed appropriately
· Develop and implement pricing strategies based on data gathered from Market Intelligence, Operational costs, Sales/Marketing Data, Competitor Pricing, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with an accounting, finance, economics or business focus
· 3+ years of experience generating sales quotations and/or sales contracts
· 2+ years of experience managing invoices
· Experience with DocuSign
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· High level accuracy in data entry
· Customer service skills to work with various clients
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work on-site
Ideal Qualifications:
· Experience working in accounting
· Experience working as a financial analyst
· Experience working in a company’s Deal Desk
Annual salary: $65,000 - $90,000 based on qualifications directly applicable to our job requirements
