Position Overview:
We seek a talented, experienced Digital Marketing Freelancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings proven work developing and executing end-to-end successful digital marketing campaigns, focusing on driving brand awareness/ engagement and growth. This role requires a self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. While the position is remote, candidates must be able to work within the PT time zone traditional workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Workplace Change’s services.
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility.
- Manage metadata and ensure accurate tagging across all digital content.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
- The ideal candidate can assist in creating engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels with our in-house marketing person.
- The ideal candidate brings the ability to analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data and metadata to inform future strategies.
- Utilize various marketing platforms and CRMs for campaign management and customer engagement.
- Continually collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, understanding emerging strategies and tactics to reach varied audiences, and being seen as innovative leaders in the industry ensure that Workplace Change remains competitive.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate brings at least five years of direct, hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- The ideal candidate brings proven work and expertise in managing online advertising campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies.
- The initial contract will be 15-20 hrs weekly for 90 days, with possible extensions as needed.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, tools, and successful methods for reaching various business constituencies.
- The ideal candidate brings experience with content development and metadata management.
- The ideal candidate brings proficiency with various marketing platforms and CRMs.
- The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ideal candidate brings the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
