Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant for the 3 Co-Founders. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Founders, including managing calendars, email inboxes, organizing meetings and appointments, handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, and maintaining accurate records and files. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist in clerical tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and organization.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in clerical skills, such as data entry and document preparation
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
