Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Assistant at Average Clo. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks to support the directors, organization, and operations. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support. In addition, you will be expected to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Speak English, Slovene and Italian
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role would be welcome but are not a requirement.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus
