Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service at our church, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking information, support, or assistance. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
Provide information about church services, programs, events, and activities to callers.
Offer support and guidance to individuals seeking spiritual counseling or guidance.
Receive and respond to voicemail and email inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous follow-up.
Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.80 - $26.10 per hour
