We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer to support our visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials. This role involves creating engaging and visually appealing graphics, collaborating with team members, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about graphic design and visual storytelling, and capable of handling multiple projects. You will report directly to the Creative and Marketing Director and work closely with key team members.

Responsibilities
- Creating social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook and Circle
- Updating text and graphics within WordPress, and other online platforms
- Branding and creating marketing materials, such as multi-page documents such PDFs and digital ads
- Designing website pages: creating new pages and enhancing and improving existing sites and landing pages (Note: we work primarily in WordPress (Elementor) and Squarespace, but this is not a development position, we don’t expect you to build the site)
- Simple video editing or creating motion graphics to support social media campaigns and retention efforts
- Making infographics and explanatory charts
- Branding Google Slide decks
Other required work:
In addition to design tasks, you will be required to do the following as part of the team:
- Use a project management tool (Zoho Projects) to receive instructions and details and track tasks
- Organize your files using Google Drive
- Participate in meetings with team members via Zoom
- Track your time accurately
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who has a sharp eye for the essentials of good design: typography, hierarchy, layout, visual details, scale and color
- Has strong and detailed design skills and has the ability to create compelling, balanced, polished designs
- Has the typography skills to typeset precisely in print, on the web or within a logo
- Has an interest in working on digital projects that sometimes require immersing yourself in the technical detail or nuance of a very specialized product or industry
- Has 2-4 years experience
- Highly proficient in Canva, Illustrator, and PhotoShop following best practices for file setup
- Familiarity with online platforms like WordPress and ConvertKit
- Experience with Google Slides
- Experience with video editing tools like Premiere, Veed, or CapCut is ideal
- Graphic design: 2 year (Required)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 year (Required)
