About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to optimize and enhance business processes using the ServiceNow platform. This role involves analyzing current workflows, designing improved processes, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Design: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized processes using the ServiceNow platform.
- Project Management: Lead ServiceNow-related projects, ensuring they adhere to client standards. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work with IT teams and other departments to capture operational challenges and develop business requirements. Serve as a liaison between customers and the development team.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Perform quality assurance on implemented solutions. Develop dashboards and metrics using platforms like ServiceNow Performance Analytics or Power BI.
- Documentation and Training: Document workflows and business analysis results. Provide end-user training and create training materials.
- Customer Success Management: Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high-quality, and delivered on time. Build trust with clients through thought leadership and consistent performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working on the ServiceNow platform. At least 3 years in a Business Process Consultant or similar role. Proven experience as a key technical resource in ITSM solution development.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) or other ServiceNow certifications. CAPM, PMP, Agile SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL certification preferred.
