Day to day as a Mentor Recruitment & Retention Manager As the Mentor Recruitment & Retention Manager at Student Sponsor Partners, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining meaningful mentor-mentee relationships. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, screening, training, and supporting mentors and mentees, as well as organizing monthly mentoring activities and implementing the program effectively. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing retention strategies to ensure a balanced mentor-mentee ratio. Your proactive approach in cultivating partnerships and conducting outreach will be vital in attracting potential mentors.
