We are searching for a talented and motivated Technical Support Personnel to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our customers, providing technical support via phone, email, and live chat. You will troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and processes.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to develop your technical expertise.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role or related field (or a strong desire to learn).
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
