JOB DESCRIPTION
We need a Regulatory change, Reg Reporting Project Manager to lead the assess phase of work of Dodd Frank 3.0 and set up the project for success. This role will report into the Trading and Supply (T&S) Transformation and Program delivery team which sits in T&S and support the T&S Transformation. The initial requirement is for someone to start immediately
What we need:
We need a Regulatory change, Reg Reporting Project Manager to lead the assess phase of work and set up the project for success.
This role will report into the Trading and Supply, Transformation and Program delivery team.
The initial high level requirements are:
• Governance set up and cadence.
• Detailed planning for assess and define phases.
• Strong definition of problem statement, scope, impact and deliverables and alignment with all key stakeholders on all of these.
We need a very credible and seasoned Regulatory change/Reg Reporting Project Manager who has extensive experience as Project/Program Manager, in a high complex Energy Trading environment and has delivered complex regulatory change. We need someone who has done this before.
The person needs to build trust and get up to speed quickly, so that they can deliver clarity on scope and impact and drive consensus and alignment on it.
Key experience/skills are:
• Project, Program, Change and Consulting skills are mandatory.
• Strong regulatory change background and energy trading - Experience of Dodd Frank and Shell T&S, is ideal.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Credible and skilled in obtaining sponsorship, buy-in and can influence stakeholders at senior levels (EC, SVPs) in the organization.
