Role OverviewAs a Social Media Intern at Exponent Beauty, you will play a vital role in supporting our social media strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and digital marketing while contributing to the growth of a dynamic beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities● Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and thoughtfully.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
● Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
● Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers and brand ambassadors.
Qualifications● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
● Passion for social media and digital marketing.
● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
● Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
