What You’ll Do: We are seeking a highly motivated MLOps Engineer Intern with a strong foundation in machine learning operations and extensive hands-on experience with a variety of tools and technologies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to impactful projects, and gain invaluable industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML models using TFX, TFMA, and other related tools.
- Utilize MLflow for tracking and versioning machine learning experiments.
- Manage and orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Kubernetes on GCP.
- Ensure data version control and integrity using appropriate tools.
- Analyze model behavior, monitor for data drift and concept drift, and implement strategies to mitigate these issues.
- Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes.
- Develop and integrate APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and other frameworks.
- Drive projects independently and develop a full pipeline for our models from development to deployment and monitoring.
- Engage in model behavior analysis and ensure models are performing optimally.
- Understand and implement best practices in MLOps from model development to deployment and monitoring.
What We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with TensorFlow (TF), TFX, TFDV, and TFMA.
- Proficient in CI/CD processes and tools.
- Hands-on experience with MLflow, data version control tools, and Apache Airflow.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficient in database management and data structure design.
- Skilled in dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong API development skills using frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Knowledgeable in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- In-depth understanding of model behavior analysis, data drift, and concept drift.
- Solid grasp of MLOps principles and practices.
- Ability to drive projects independently and develop a complete ML pipeline.
