Product Listings:
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient operations including product listings, inventory management, orders fulfilment, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage reordering, restocking, and inventory transfers.
- Track shipments to Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Order Fulfillment:
- Oversee order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
- Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or customer complaints.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues, process returns, and handle complaints professionally.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Implement strategies to maintain high seller ratings and positive customer feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previously worked in Amazon is a plus.
