Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will assist customers via phone, email, and online chat, and will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The Customer Service Assistant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.
