Title: Project Manager – Clinical Programs
About the job:
We are seeking a project manager to help us create, maintain and deliver programs and initiatives that support pharmacists in the delivery of quality care to cancer patients.
This role is responsible for maintaining existing programs and adding new content as agreed to on the program roadmap. This role works to align cross-functional resources inside and outside of NCODA to deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Propose new content based on sales activity, membership demand and NCODA strategy.
· Create timeline and deliverables required to fulfill project scope, customer expectations and budget requirements.
· Engage with Subject Matter Experts (clinical Pharmacists) who will create technical content.
· Work to integrate technical expertise into program format.
· Engage with key stakeholders to ensure content meets customer expectations.
· Collaborate with membership engagement team to market programs and drive adoption of new content.
· Answer program-related questions.
· Represent and advocate for assigned programs in various environments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· 5 to 7 years of project or program management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or educational environment.
· Experience and comfort with the occupational duties of pharmacists and the drugs with which oncology pharmacists work is ideal.
· Strong project management skills.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
· Strong drive for results.
