About the role:
We are seeking an experienced digital media planning professional with a proven track record of delivering measurable results with paid media campaigns to lead our Media Operations team at Simple Science. If you’re an expert at planning, management and optimization of paid Meta, Google, and LinkedIn advertising and you’re looking for growth opportunities working with the world’s leading technology, and financial services brands, this is the job you’re looking for.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative professionals to design and deliver campaigns for a wide range of consumer, financial services, medical technology, and software brands. As the leader of our media operations team, you will have the opportunity to recruit and train a team of media professionals.
What you will do:
- Planning: Lead in developing, in partnership with Account Director and project leads, digital media strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Research: Conduct market research and utilize analytics tools to identify target audiences and optimize media buying strategies.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital platforms. Guide the creation of digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Drive the success of end-to-end digital projects, including paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Monitor budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze digital media performance metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, video views, clicks, time on site, downloads, etc. Provide detailed insights to stakeholders and on strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices. Offer new strategies and technologies to keep our digital media efforts innovative and effective.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of proven experience as a Media Planner or Digital Marketing Manager.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, social media platforms and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker who has a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Strong work ethic, with a focused energy on making an impact.
