The Advisor Assistant to the CEO & Wealth Advisor of Money Script Wealth Management will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the executive’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
Track progress and deadlines, ensuring that the CEO is updated regularly.
Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and updates.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Client Relations:
Maintain a database of key contacts, clients, and partners.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Research and Analysis:
Research various topics as requested by the CEO.
Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations based on findings.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights.
Office Management:
Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital and physical files.
Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to streamline routine tasks, manage schedules, automate responses, and improve overall office efficiency. Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance document management, data entry, and client communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial services or the wealth management industry is a plus.

Location:
This is a remote position with occasional travel to the company's annual team retreat.
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- Target Salary: $45,000/year
