About this role
In this pivotal role, you'll be playing a key role at the heart of our organisation, providing valuable executive support to the CEO.
What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Nymble?
You’ll work closely on two main things.
Founder Success
- You will be responsible for triaging the CEO’s emails and owing his calendar.
- You will often act as the liaison between the CEO and Nymble’s remote team, often communicating key decisions to the broader team through meticulous documentation, and necessary follow-ups to get jobs done.
- You'll coordinate meetings with investors, customers and future team hires. You will work on identifying strategic contacts, doing cold reach outs and scheduling calls from lead sheets and conference lists.
- You will represent the Nymble founders, synchronously and asynchronously - via excellent verbal and written communication.
- You will provide content to and work with the marketing team to maintain a professional social media presence for the CEO. You will also help the CEO maintain relationships at scale using necessary tools, frameworks and personal agency.
- You will take as many administrative responsibilities as possible from the CEO, and make room for high impact growth.
- You’ll plan logistics for demos of the Nymble robot at conferences, with customers, with press, with investors and with other important stakeholders at different locations in the US.
- You’ll prepare ingredients, clean up and ensure Nymble robots are in the best condition for demonstrations to partners, customers and investors.
Customer Success
- You will be the single on-ground point of contact between our customers and our customer success team in the early days of Nymble scaling up.
- You will often visit customers, onboard and delight them as they anticipate their first white-glove installation of our robots. In the course of this, you will build personal relationships with our customers.
- You will plan and execute logistics for these deliveries, and for any other Nymble SKUs between our Bay Area office to outside - with customers, with our offices overseas, and with external partners
- You will document and communicate any issues which customers tell you personally with the broader Nymble team for timely resolution. While that happens, you will use your personal relationship to keep customers happy.
- You will be responsible for organising and ordering inventory for Nymble SKUs in our Bay Area location.
- You’ll be responsible for simple technical repairs of Nymble robots when they malfunction - both hardware and software, with the help of our technical teams.
- You will represent the Nymble product team, showcasing what the Nymble robot is capable of to our most important stakeholders
In summary, you will work closely with the CEO on the little details that matter to unlock Product-Market Fit with our first few hundred users, and deepen relationships that will over time result in virality and capital for the company - in that order.
