Job Summary: As a Product Deployment Specialist, you will assist with deploying technology products to CDS customers, Agents, and brands. As the face of the CDS brand for product employment, you will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations and work closely with all team members to understand each dealership's specific needs, assist them through the technology onboarding process, and perform back-end tasks to ensure a seamless transition. You will work across all CDS brands, deploying one or more products to multiple dealerships at a time. With your focus on exceptional customer experience and your solid collaboration skills, you will have a unique opportunity to help our Dealers and Agents use our products to increase their profit enters, improve customer experience, and allow dealers and agents to grow their business.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing for upcoming deployments
- Onboarding new dealerships to CDS products seamlessly as part of the brand's overall onboarding process. This includes managing the installation of CDS products, training customers on CDS products, engaging with company leadership to explain the process, setting expectations, defining responsibilities of each party, as well as setting up milestone dates, tracking, and follow-up.
- Transitioning existing customers from legacy programs to new technology offerings.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the product, system, initiatives, and resources to communicate and engage franchisees with the product.
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management
Skills required:
- Process-oriented with the ability to work on multiple assignments in parallel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Should be comfortable with presenting to customers
- Sensitivity to new client onboarding and the ability to over-communicate in a detailed and repetitive methodology.
- Strong relationship focus- proactively engaging with customers and demonstrating an ability to successfully leverage resources to service your customers
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite of products; intermediate to advanced skills in
- MS Excel & PowerPoint preferred.
- Willingness and positive attitude about working in and learning several technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with demonstrated strong collaboration skills.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
- 2+ years' experience managing customer relationships while ensuring the best possible customer experience.
- 2+ years' experience working in a role where you had direct experience with web-based products/applications such as Salesforce, consumer sites, and
- Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel 75% of every month
- Must be able to sit for extended periods while traveling.
- Repetitive motion is required for computer entry.
