Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Cloud Support Engineer. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using our cloud-based solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, assisting with the implementation and configuration of cloud services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud computing and excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in cloud computing technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a remote and cross-functional team environment
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
