We are seeking highly motivated Software Developers to join The Founder Series, a student-founded tech startup empowering the next generation of student entrepreneurs. We are currently in development of Vera: a startup intelligence model with a human network. Vera can be used via cell (call/text) and acts as a mentor, advisor, brainstormer and connector to her network of investors, developers, influencers, students, and more.

This position offers the chance to significantly contribute to a growing startup that has already engaged over 600+ users, has representatives across 60+ universities, and has an ongoing 3,500+ student founder network.

Responsibilities:

AI Development: Develop and implement AI solutions that enhance our mentorship platform, focusing on natural language processing, recommendation systems, and user interaction models.
Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the AI team to brainstorm and iterate on business ideas, transforming them into actionable AI-driven features.
Project Management: Participate in weekly check-ins with the technology team to discuss development progress, tackle technical challenges, and strategize on future enhancements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the robustness of the AI systems by conducting thorough testing and integration processes, maintaining high standards for accuracy and user experience.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all development processes and AI models to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.
