Salary Range: $110-115k
The Digital Marketing Manager role will be part of the Pacific Hospitality Group’s (PHG)
Corporate Marketing team. PHG’s independent properties fall under the Meritage Collection – a portfolio of upscale lifestyle hotels and resorts in iconic resort destinations. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping build and drive the digital marketing performance for these independent properties. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Customer Acquisition & Retention, this individual’s core responsibility will be driving growth through digital channels and optimizing performance with data and strategy, in an ever changing and evolving digital landscape.
What You Will Accomplish
• Help manage a data-driven digital marketing strategy that aligns with our company's overall
business goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all marketing initiatives, including optimization,
troubleshooting and execution of any new programs.
• Conduct market research & competitive assessments to understand target audience needs and
preferences.
• Assist in planning, creating, and executing engaging content across various digital channels
(website, paid media, email).
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Oversee website, analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance and identify areas
for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all marketing
initiatives.
• Search for new opportunities to invest in across the digital ecosystem.
• Assist in optimizing and enhancing the online customer journey through various digital
marketing channels.
• Provide insights, trends, and metrics that are KPI-centric including actionable recommendations
positively influencing future campaigns.
• Cross-collaborate with both agency and internal hotel marketing teams to support campaign
builds while ensuring best practices and data governance are being followed.
• Support the Director of Customer Acquisition & Retention on any projects as they see fit.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email
marketing.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations.• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have basic photoshop knowledge and experience
• Must be dedicated to professional career growth and learning
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of project management skills including project management software
• Basic photoshop and graphic design skills
• Moderate experience with data input and database management
• Outside Vendor management experience a plus
