Job Title : Lead Technical business analyst
Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099

Location : Dearborn, Michigan
We are looking for a Lead Technical business analyst who will be responsible for overall solution delivery and development of Enhanced Dealer Dashboard projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while adhering to project guidelines and standards. This role involves defining and documenting business and technical requirements, facilitating SCRUM sessions, and managing multiple work streams related to the assigned project portfolio. The individual will support the SDLC process, work with JIRA, and ensure consistency throughout the development framework, ensuring the delivery of production-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and data modeling.
- At least three years of experience using SQL.
- At least three years of experience using the Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience working with .Net and JavaScript applications.
- Knowledge of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Strong data management and analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to work with offshore resources and remote vendor management.
- Define and document business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain relevant system and process documentation for existing and proposed processes.
- Facilitate EPIC grooming sessions, including defining detailed descriptions, use cases, and identifying risks and benefits of the requirements.
- Review and analyze data in support of existing and new initiatives.
- Proactively work with TCOE to define test cases that align with the use cases.
- Collaborate with the Testing/QA team in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Show an increased sense of urgency to production problems and their resolution.
- Conduct/Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) after successful completion of Ford Direct’s Incident Advisory (IA) process.
- Coordinate and perform tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes/systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Perform other duties as needed.
