Desktop Support Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
Experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and server platforms.
Experience with SCCM administration for software deployment and patch management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud administration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange Online/On-Premises.
Knowledge of Apple Business Manager for managing Apple devices.
Proficiency in managing Cisco ISE, CUCM and IPC Turret systems.
Experience with Jira Project Management and Confluence.
Familiarity with Citrix DaaS, Proofpoint, SharePoint, print server administration, Grafana, Lansweeper, video conferencing systems, financial applications, VPN solutions, Citrix Workspace, Forcepoint, CrowdStrike and Cisco Jabber.
