Position: Client Care Coordinator - Location: Waco, TX – Hybrid Long Term

NOTE: We work additional hours during Q4 – hours will likely increase to 40 per week from October through December and beyond as long term if desired.
Job Description: As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the enrollment process, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and support throughout the process. You will:
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Manage Client Enrollment Communications: Communicate with new and current clients to schedule enrollment meetings, manage client personnel enrollment calendars and manage client timelines.
- Coordinate Enrollment Marketing: Prepare digital and/or physical assets for open enrollment planning and implementation.
- Send Monthly Client Communications: Develop, maintain and implement a consistent monthly client communication calendar to nurture client relationships and planning.
- Client Enrollment Management: Schedule and conduct renewal planning and post enrollment feedback meetings and surveys.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Educate clients on various health insurance products and technology to help them select the best options based on their unique requirements.
- Resolve Issues: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-call resolution.
- Coordinate Services: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any client-related issues.
- Monitor Client Satisfaction: Proactively seek feedback from clients and implement improvements to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) and experience in Healthcare insurance (preferred).
- Proven experience in client services or account management, ideally within the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Detail oriented & highly organized.
- Personable and positive personality traits with high integrity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with technology.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and individually.
- Dependable and conscientious.
