Job Overview:
We're looking for a deal expert that thrives on uncertainty and has experience selling industrial and B2B service companies. We want someone who is obsessed with problem solving and wants to build a disruptive company in an old school industry. Selling large businesses is hard, selling small businesses is even harder. We need someone who is hungry and does not take no for an answer. You're a leader that hates losing more than you love winning. Why? Because you expect to win.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run point on small business transactions
- Onboard sale clients, collect business documentation, develop marketing strategy, communicate with buyers, manage due diligence, coordinate third party advisors, and lead deal negotiations
- Partner with product team to build AI-powered valuation and deal tools
- Work alongside Co-Founders to build out scalable systems, processes, and teams
- Communicate clear feedback to the co-founders on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- 3+ years of M&A experience at elite boutique or top bulge bracket bank
- Completed multiple deals
- You're a hustler, and willing to work like an animal
- You want to be a 7-figure earner, nothing less
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Need to have experience in-person selling as you will be visiting our clients all over the country
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
