Interprefy Media Team
Our Media Team is a specialized team within the Training, Engagement, and Media (TEM) department, which is part of the broader Operations and Client Delivery department at our company. Our primary focus is on editing and refining all media services content to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality media assets. Collaborating closely with the operations managers and project managers, the Media Team handles assignments involving recordings and captions, adapting them to meet specific project requirements. Regular communication and feedback loops are maintained to discuss project specifications, revisions, and overall progress. Additionally, the Media Team actively supports internal projects to enhance the initiatives of the Training, Engagement, and Media department. The precision and dedication of our Media Team play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding client service and satisfaction.
THE ROLE- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Receive assignments from the operations manager, via our Internal Service Portal, and review
project specifications.
• Retrieve and compile project content and collateral (Recordings, Captions, etc) from our media
library, Event Management Interface & from the project manager.
• Edit and adapt recordings using appropriate software and techniques to meet project
requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations manager and project manager to understand revision
requests and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of edited media assets, including audio, video, and caption
elements.
• Provide regular progress reports to the head of the TEM department, highlighting any challenges or
concerns.
• Communicate with the operations manager and, occasionally, the project manager to clarify
project specifications, discuss revisions, and address feedback.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver edited media assets in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized system for managing media files, including backups.
• Collaborate with the training, engagement, and media team on internal projects, such as
creating promotional videos or developing multimedia and training content.
KEY EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCIES• Proven experience in video and/or audio editing, using industry-standard software - Adobe
Premiere Pro
• Strong proficiency in editing techniques, including video, audio and captions synchronisation,
technical correction, and AV noise reduction.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and auditory aesthetics.
• Communication skills to collaborate effectively with the supervisor, project manager, and
team members.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively to meet project
deadlines.
• Knowledge of video and audio codecs and their usage in different contexts.
• Creativity and an innovative mindset to enhance the quality and impact of media assets.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and incorporate changes into edited content.
Working hours
NALA: Flexible 5-hour daily shift between 9 am to 6 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
EMEA: Flexible 5-hour daily shift between 9 am to 6 pm CET, Monday to Friday.
