Job Title: Senior Project Manager (success factors)
Location: Washington, DC (Remote Position – requires quarterly travel to PI Planning sessions)
Duration: Long term
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically managing SuccessFactors implementations.
PMP or other project management certification is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, ONB 2.0, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Leadership and Communication:
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in stakeholder management, including working with senior executives and managing client relationships.
