Client Is Seeking An QA Automation Engineer With Salesforce Testing, Conversational AI/ IVR Testing, API Testing And Healthcare Payor Industry Experience. The Selected Candidate Will Conduct Deep Technical Analysis/testing Of Release In Plan To Conduct Validation And Verification Of Entire Application. Responsbities Include
- Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test application changes.
- Understand the functional specification and scope of releases to design robust testing harness to ensure the quality delivery
- Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required).
- The Senior Salesforce QA Engineer will apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems
- They will have a broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, and capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment
- Work closely with the Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies.
- Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems.
- Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment.
- This position would be responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills
- IT Bachelors Degree Required
- Detailed knowledge of Healthcare Payor experience and CRM application in Service/Operational space.
- 5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies to include 3+ years of experience with Salesforce = Required.
- 4+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing.
- 2+ years of experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing. NLP experience is also required.
- 3+ years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools.
- Must have strong SQL Querying abilities
- Azure or AWS Cloud experience is considered a BIG PLUS
- Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.
- Any Salesforce certification would be a plus.
