Our direct client has a 6 month contract opening for a Senior IT Software Analyst/Developer for their IT Group at their Headquarters location in downtown Los Angeles.
The work schedule is flexable, a hybrid starting as early as 7:00am – 4:45pm with every other Friday off.
We’re looking for someone who’s professional, organized, with strong written and verbal communication and considers themselves a ServiceNow expert.
Being a Developer for ServiceNow includes developing new ServiceNow catalog items with workflows, also working on enhancements in incident, service catalog and change management of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
In this position the Senior IT Software Developer will be responsible for answering constant demands from IT and non-IT and teams to add service request functionality on Customer Support portal to facilitate the client business team to create and track various type of Requests/Tickets
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in ServiceNow development and flow designer.
- Create/Modify ServiceNow UI Policies & Actions and ServiceNow rules.
- Design ServiceNow forms.
- Proficient in JavaScript.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is desirable but not required
