The Project Manager for Clinical Effectiveness manages and directs the implementation of projects and services that will improve clinical performance, quality, safety, resource utilization, and value to a successful and timely completion. Supports system-based Clinical Care Councils that focus on improvements related to clinical effectiveness, clinical efficiency, supply utilization, and approved pharmaceuticals and therapeutics. Responsible for day-to-day quality assurance of the organization's business continuity, customer service, communications, administrative and business process and systems related to the assigned project. Responsible for the matrix leadership structure of resources that are assigned to the project, and must be familiar with the systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Success is accomplished by meeting deadlines, and ensuring that implemented projects have been followed-up and sustained as outlined by the team.

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Preferred experience as a PMP or with LEAN Six Sigma.
• Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Requires facilitation skills to successfully organize and motivate an interdisciplinary team to accomplish project goals.
• Must be comfortable speaking in public and to various audiences.
• Requires the ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
• May require some off-site travel to meet with leaders.
